Transcript – Hi, this is Dan Gilmartin, part of the Gilmartin Group Real Estate Company in Burlingame, California, November 29th 2017 with What’s On The Water, your place to go for tracking waterfront home activity on San Mateo County.

Okay, right now we actually have one house that’s for sale that’s on the water and that’s on Montara. 8322 Cabrillo Highway lies this 2300-square foot home overlooking the Pacific Ocean — a 10 million dollar view. Also here today, we had 8 closings for homes on the water, and the average sales price was $1,970,000, also with an average price per square foot of $978.

Here today for condominiums, there’s been 11 sales, with an average sales price of $1,063,000, and an average price per square foot of $540.

Also, 4 townhomes have sold on the water with an average sales price of $1,293,000, and an average price per square foot of $491.
