Transcript – Hi, this is Dan Gilmartin, part of the Gilmartin Group Real Estate Company in Burlingame, California, November 29th 2017 with What’s On The Water, your place to go for tracking waterfront home activity on San Mateo County.

Okay, right now we actually have one house that’s for sale that’s on the water and that’s on Montara. 8322 Cabrillo Highway lies this 2300-square foot home overlooking the Pacific Ocean — a 10 million dollar view. It has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, and it lies on a 26,750-square foot lot, completely remodeled — it’s truly a once in a lifetime opportunity, listed at $5,495,000.

We also have 3 homes that are pending right now on San Mateo County; they are on the water. My favorite was 640 Fathom Drive. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1860-square feet right on the water with your own private dock where you can water ski every single day. They listed the home for $1,395,000. It sold in 13 days with multiple offers and is scheduled to close December 1st 2017; I think we’ll all discover then what weigh over their asking price.

Also here today, we had 8 closings for homes on the water, and the average sales price was $1,970,000, also with an average price per square foot of $978.

Here today for condominiums, there’s been 11 sales, with an average sales price of $1,063,000, and an average price per square foot of $540.

Also, 4 townhomes have sold on the water with an average sales price of $1,293,000, and an average price per square foot of $491.

So, if you, like me, have a passion for homes on the water, then give me a call. If you’re thinking of selling your home, or you want to find that great house, I’d love to put a plan together and ultimately help you get what you want, and the time you want. Won’t that be fun?

Hey, thanks for listening, and have a great day.
