Transcript – Hi, this is Dan Gilmartin, part of the Gilmartin Group Real Estate Company in Burlingame, California, with this week’s edition of What’s On The Water, your place for tracking waterfront home activity in San Mateo County. Right now hanging out in Foster City near Sea Cloud Park, hanging out with the Canadian geese. They’ll probably chime in here a little bit.
Okay, currently we have 4 single-family homes that are on the water on the market. First one being 686 Port Drive in San Mateo which you heard me talk about a couple of weeks ago. This is a fantastic home, completely remodeled, contemporary style home. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2630-square feet, listed for $2,588,000, they have their own private dock, you can take off from your boat and go water skiing.
Now just down the waterway from Port Drive is the newest listing: 504 Fathom Drive. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1040-square feet, listed right now for $998,000 right on the water.
The third home we have is in Foster City wide water — 784 Coronado Lane. Has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2110-square feet, listed for $1,775,000. That comes out to $841 of square foot — that is a great opportunity right there.
Last home on the market on the water is actually in Pacifica. Ocean views, 1 bedroom and 1 bath, only 740-square feet, listed for $995,000. That just came on the market a couple of days ago. If you wanted to find a great pad to hang out and just look at the ocean, there it is in Pacifica.
Now, currently, we have 2 single-family homes that are pending in San Mateo County. The first one being in Foster City on wide water, a fantastic home, 642 Greenwich Lane. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2240-square feet, on the market for 0 days, came out at $2,680,000, and that got snatched up right away.
The second home we have pending in San Mateo County is also in Foster City, a fantastic home, again on wide water, with also a huge backyard. That was 841 Grenada Lane. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2935-square feet, listed for $2.8 million. That sold in 16 days. I’m sure they got multiple offers on that wonderful home.
Now we have 2 condominiums that are on the market right now, the first being 400 Baltic Circle in Redwood Shores, number 404. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1117-square feet, listed for $1,088,000, just a fantastic house.
Also we have 862 Balboa Lane in Foster City. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1275-square feet, listed for $1,175,000, a great opportunity in Foster City.
So, if you, like me, have a great passion for homes on the water, and you wanna either sell you home, or buy a fantastic home on the water, give me a call today. I’d love to put a plan together, and ultimately get you what you want, and the time you want. Won’t that be fun?
Thanks for listening, and have a great day.
