Transcript – Hi, this is Dan Gilmartin, part of the Gilmartin Group Real Estate Company in Burlingame, California, with your latest edition of What’s On The Water, your place for tracking waterfront home activity in San Mateo, County.

Okay, right now we only have 2 homes that are on for sale, single-family homes that are on the water, the newest one being 983 Shoal Drive in Mariners Island, San Mateo. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1310-square feet, listed for $1,228,000. Some great features about this home is a) it’s an end-unit single-family home on the wide water, right where you can do the water skiing in San Mateo, and it did a great remodel, opening up the home and creating a wonderful dining room perfect for entertaining friends and family.

Now we have also had 2 closings in the last week on single-family homes, the latest being 640 Fathom Drive, which you heard me talk about in the past. That was a 3-bedroom 2 1/2-bath home, 1860-square feet, came on the market for $1,398,000, sold with multiple offers, $1,660,000, that’s an $892 price per square foot.

We also had in Foster City, 605 Portsmouth Drive close. That was a 4-bedroom 2 1/2-bath home, 2540-square feet, came on the market for $1,880,000, ultimately sold for $2,168,000, that’s $853 price per square foot.

Now for condominiums, right now there are no condominiums for sale on the water. We did have 615 Port Drive, number 302 on the market, but for whatever reason, they took it off the market. So, if that was interesting to you, give me a call, and we’ll figure out what’s going on there.

Townhomes, right now there’s no townhomes on the water for sale, but we did have a closing this week, and that was 1020 Helm in Foster City. That was a 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home, came on the market for $1,198,000, and ultimately sold for $1,540,000, that’s over $1000 price per square foot.

So, if you’re like me and you have a passion for homes on the water and you wanna sell your home on the water, or you’re trying to find that dream home on the water, give me a call. Naturally, I’d love to put a plan together, go out and help you get what you want, and the time you want. Won’t that be fun.

Thanks for listening, and have a great day.
