Transcript – Hi, this is Dan Gilmartin, part of the Gilmartin Group Real Estate Company in Burlingame, California, with this week’s edition of What’s On The Water, your place to go for tracking waterfront home activity in San Mateo County.
Okay, right now, we only have 4 homes that are on for sale that are on the water at the San Mateo County, one of which I talked about last week in Montara. That’s 8322 Cabrillo Highway, once in a lifetime opportunity overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
We also have one for sale in Pacifica and 2 in Foster City, the newest being 603 Plymouth Lane, in the sought after neighborhood of Harbor Side. It’s 1790-square feet; 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, remodeled with huge, huge whitewater views, listed at $1,925,000, a real opportunity to find a waterfront home in Foster City in whitewater views.
Also right now, we have 7 homes that are pending that are on the water, single-family homes. And here today, 21 homes have sold on the water in San Mateo County, with an average sales price of $1,992,000, and an average price per square foot of $972.
For condominiums right now, we only have 1 condominium for sale that’s in San Mateo. That’s 615 Port Drive Unit 302. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1113-square feet, listed for $828,000. Now that’s a real opportunity right there.
Here today, condominiums we have sold, 23 condominiums on the water this year with an average sales price of $1,020,000, and an average price per square foot of $820.
For townhomes, we’ve had 15 townhomes sell this year on the water, with an average sales price of $1,466,000, with an average price per square foot of $830.
So, if you’re like me, and you have a passion for homes on the water, and you either want to sell your home, or you wanna find that great house on the water, give me a call. I’d love to put a plan together and ultimately get you what you want, and the time you want. Won’t that be fun?
Hey, thanks for listening and have a great day.
