Paul’s Pick #1 – 2301 Valdivia Way – Burlingame [click here for more]

For my first pick this week, I have 2301 Valdivia Way in Burlingame. This is a pick not just because of the beautifully remodeled 3-bedroon 2-bathroom home, but simply and truly this is a special and unique piece of land. With that 20,000 square foot flat lot back up to creek and is surrounded by lush trees, giving you absolute privacy, great for entertaining or everyday enjoyment. This kind of pars or is more comparable than what we find Hillsborough, and they’re extremely rare in Burlingame, and is the more rare to come to the market, making this an absolute must-see.

Paul’s Pick #2 – 22 Bertocchi Lane – Millbrae (Call for more details)

For my second pick this week, I have 22 Bertocchi Lane in Millbrae. This range rancher resides in a private cul de sac tucked away in Lomita Hills, and is perfect for any of you Millbrae buyers looking for a fixer-upper. Structurally in great shape; simply update the finishes for your personal touch and instant equity. What really sets this home apart is your 550-square feet of basement below that can be developed into a family room and an additional master suite.

Paul’s Pick #3 – 545 Rollins Road – Burlingame (Call for more details)

My final pick this week is a duplex at 545 Rollins Road in Burlingame. This property is perfect for you owner-occupiers who are looking to increase your purchasing power, by adding additional income you received from the other unit. And with 2-bedroom 1-bathroom homes in Shoreview and Northern State selling for $859,000, why not get into Burlingame with a slightly larger down payment, but a smaller monthly payment? Yes, smaller monthly payment, than in those areas in San Mateo. Yes we’ll be in the frontage and enjoy all the benefits that come with that zip code.
