Paul’s Pick #1 – 809 West Grant Place – San Mateo (Call for more details)
For my first pick this week, I have 809 West Grant Place in San Mateo. I love the Sunnybrae location, given the school district, proximity to downtown and the overall sense of community you enjoy when living in the Sunnybrae Neighborhood. I also like this particular street, shape of a horseshoe, you get all the benefits of living in a cul-de-sac without all the congestion. What really this home apart though is the family room and the master bath addition which are great unique spaces for this particular neighborhood.
Paul’s Pick #2 – 957 Vista Grande – Millbrae [click here for more]
For my second pick this week, I have 957 Vista Grande in Millbrae. This home has been recently remodeled, and I love the developer’s choice of finishes and the good job of opening up some walls, creating a nice, bright, friendly environment. Now, I’ve been tracking this home since it came on, and is now entering its second week on the market, with no offer date set, telling me this home could be yours for its list price at just below 2.2 million dollars, which is a great deal, and about 8% below the neighborhood per square foot average. So if you’re looking for a large turnkey home in Millbrae, act now, look no further, because this home is going to be gone by the end of the week.
Paul’s Pick #3 – 6 Misty Harbor Court – Pacifica [click here for more]
For my final pick this week, I have 3 Misty Harbor Court in Pacifica. Now this home is for all you buyers who prefer the more newly constructed homes. Built in 2010, this comes with all your modern amenities, along with the popular open kitchen room-family room combination. I like this property’s Northern Pacifica location — you’re close to all your amenities, only 20 minutes to Downtown San Francisco, and 10 minutes to your nearest BART station — but what’s really come out of this home is the fact that it’s been on the market now for about a month and a half and has just received its first price reduction about 2 weeks ago. So if you’re watching my videos, you know this gives you the rare opportunity to negotiate the price to go further down. I personally like it for about the million-point-two range.
