Paul’s Pick #1 – 25 Woodgate Court – Hillsborough [click here for more]

For my first pick this week, I have our very own listing at 25 Woodgate Court in Hillsborough. This completely remodeled single-level home features sleek modern finishes, and incorporates mid-century elements with a graceful indoor-outdoor open-floor plan. Situated over 30,000-square foot lot surrounded by estate properties and listed for just under $3.6 million makes this the best deal in Hillsborough.

 

 

 

 Paul’s Pick #2 – 1603 James Avenue – Redwood City [click here for more]

For my second pick this week, I have 1603 James Avenue in Redwood City. This 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home was completely remodeled in 2014, and though I’m not generally drawn towards modern architecture, I absolutely love the high-end finishes and the flow of the home. What really caught my eye was that just under 10,000-square foot lot it resides on, beautifully manicured backyard. I highly recommend checking this out; opportunities like this do not come around that often in this price range.

 

 

 

Paul’s Pick #3 – 1068 Crespi Drive – Pacifica (Call for more details)

681-glenloch-wayFor my final pick this week, I have 1068 Crespi Drive in Pacifica. I absolutely love the ocean views and the multi-level deck to this home — great for entertaining. But why this is a pick is because it just came back on the market because the previous buyers backed out due to financing issues. And in my experience, when a home comes back on the market, it loses a little bit of energy and causes you to get it at a great deal. So if you’re a Pacifica buyer looking for a 3-bedroom 2-plus-bathroom home in about the $1.1 range, you need to check out Crespi Drive; we have some motivated sellers who are looking to get back into the contract, and back into contract fast.
