PAUL’S PICKS
Welcome to Paul’s Picks, a weekly segment where Paul showcases some the best deals on the market here in the Peninsula. From single-family homes and condos to 2-4 units and large apartments complexes even vacant lots. Paul closely and constantly monitors a wide arrange of product types seeking out the market opportunity that you might not have thought about. If you would like to discuss a property in more detail or find out about other properties that may fit your needs better please give me a call at (650) 348-2020.
Paul’s Pick #1 – 22 De Sabla Road – San Mateo [click here for more]
For my first pick this week, I have my very own listing at 22 De Sabla Road in San Mateo. This duplex is truly a one of a kind opportunity because the lot spans both De Sabla Road and Baytree Way. So essentially you’re getting two single-family homes on one lot. There is no better configuration for you owner-occupiers out there, because there’s no shared space, and ideal for you investors who are looking to get a premium on rents because these units compare more like single family home rentals, not like your tradition duplex, apartment or condo. Tons of value-add potential and remodeling units, and some additional income potential in the studio space or it’s a perfect guest quarters. We’ll be open this Sunday 2-4. Hope to see you there.
Paul’s Pick #2 – 348 Pompano Circle – Foster City [click here for more]
For my second pick this week, I’m taking you to Foster City to my good friend Drew Hanson’s listing at 348 Pompano Circle. This 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home is currently listed for just under 1.6, making it by far the best deal on the peninsula right now. But what really jumps out with this home is its Asian-inspired gardens, and its location; right across the street from the park, it is the perfect home for you young families out there. We have one more open house this Sunday 2-4, before we take covers on Monday. Don’t miss out.
Paul’s Pick #3 – 788 Lakeshore Drive – Redwood City [click here for more]
My final pick this week concludes our first ever Gilmartin Group Sweep(?) of Paul’s Picks with our listing at 788 Lakeshore Drive in Redwood City. What really strikes me with this town home is its over 25-foot high soaring cathedral ceilings really gives you a sense of grandeur that rarely comes with town homes. So if you’ve been on the market for a single-family home and discarded town homes because they feel kinda cramped, I highly recommend you checking us out this Sunday. We’ll be open 2-4. We’ll see you there.
