Paul’s Pick #1 – 310 37th Avenue – San Mateo [click here for more]
For my first pick this week, I have 310 37th Avenue in the Westwood Hills neighborhood of San Mateo. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home has been completely remodeled from the studs up, so if you’re looking for that turnkey, move-in-ready home, this is a great opportunity for you. But what really sets this home apart in my mind, is the large basement space below which can be developed into a family room, an extra bedroom, or even a mancave if I can use a cliché. Coupled with a large 1,600 square foot lot, you can easily add even more square footage to the home, if it’s needed in the future.
Paul’s Pick #2 – 1136 Walnut Street – San Carlos [click here for more]
For my second pick this week, I have our very own listing at 1136 Walnut Street in San Carlos. Just like 37th Avenue, this 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home has been completely remodeled from the studs up. I absolutely love its location as I have talked about in a few other videos. Walk to downtown, parks, schools etc. But what I really like about the home is while it’s absolutely turnkey, the backyard is a bit of a blank canvas, so you can really be creative and make it your own. There’s a tool shed at the back already wired with electricity, and I love the potential here to make a really cool indoor-outdoor entertainment space.
Paul’s Pick #3 – 2105 Poppy Drive – Burlingame (Call for more details)
For my final pick this week, I have 2105 Poppy Drive in Burlingame’s Easton Addition. This home’s location and curb appeal truly speaks for itself and that carries on throughout the home. I really like how the owners were able to add a few modern touches to their remodel without compromising on the homes charm and elegance. If you’re about to embark on your own remodel, I would highly suggest scrolling through some pictures and get some inspiration.
