Paul’s Pick #1 – 312 Portola Drive – San Mateo [click here for more]

    312 Portola Drive

My first pick this week is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom 2 1/2-bathroom Spanish-style home at 312 Portola Drive in San Mateo. I love this home not only because of its architecture, but because its proximity to Beresford Park, a one-of-a-kind park and recreation center, and its proximity to 25th Avenue, a very up-and-coming downtown area of San Mateo, ensuring you property will be in linear appreciation for years to come. Also for all you Patriots fans out there, Aunt Terri, Daniel Broadley, Jon Greeley — it gives you the unique opportunity to live on the same block with your very own Tommy Brady was born and raised. Matt Damon and Ben Affleck will be wicked jealous, kid.

Paul’s Pick #2 – 886 Easton Avenue – San Bruno [click here for more]

    886 Easton Avenue

My second pick this week is a duplex at 886 Easton Avenue in San Bruno. I like this opportunity because it’s been on the market for a few months and has just received its first price reduction, telling me the seller is a little more motivated, and a better price can be negotiated for a better rate of return.

Paul’s Pick #3 – 2720 Trousdale Drive – Burlingame [click here for more]

    2720 trousdale drive

My third pick this week is 2720 Trousdale Drive in Burlingame. This is a great add-value opportunity. It was on the market for about a month and has just fallen out of contract. So capitalize on the buyer’s inability to get their loan and get this property at a great deal.
