Paul’s Pick #1 – West 25th Avenue – San Mateo [click here for more]
For my first pick this week I have 431 West 25th Avenue in San Mateo. I absolutely love this home’s location given its proximity to 25th Avenue downtown area, which has become really trendy in the past for about 5 years, making it more of a destination area, one of the reasons why the home values in this area have appreciated so greatly and will continue to hold their value. But what I really love about the home is its ability to add on a third level master suite, making it perfect for young families looking for a home that will grow as their family grows and their needs change.
Paul’s Pick #2 – 148 Juanita Avenue – Pacifica [click here for more]
For my second pick this week, I have 148 Juanita Avenue in the Vallemar neighborhood of Pacifica. I really like this Northern Pacifica location for commute purposes; you’re only about 25 minutes to downtown San Francisco, 15 minutes to the nearest BART station, and you avoid most traffic coming in and out of Pacifica because it builds up to the South of you. However, I really like this home, because it’s entering its 5th week on the market, telling me it’s overpriced. And if you’re watching my videos, you know in order to find a deal in this market, you gotta find out where these misqueues are, and this is one of them. I like the home for about a million-one, a million-150. If you get anywhere around that or below, that is a hell of a deal.
Paul’s Pick #3 – Skyfarm Drive – Hillsborough [click here for more]
For my finaly pick this week, I have 2280 Skyfarm Drive in Hillsborough. This is a good ad-value opportunity, structurally sound, something update the finishes to your liking, add your personal touch, and enjoy. And though Skyfarm is a busier street in Hillsborough, with the way the home is situated on the lot, the mature landscaping, and the fact in the lower end in Hillsborough, a lot of those issues are not as prevalent with this particular home. But more importantly, listed for just under 3.2 million, this is a great value.
