Paul’s Pick #1 – 335 Precita Avenue – San Francisco (Call for more details)
For my first pick this week, I have a duplex at 335 Precita Avenue in San Francisco. I absolutely love this Bernal Heights location because it appeals to the Silicon Valley commuters. 101’s right there, and you avoid most of the traffic coming in and out of the city. This is a great opportunity for both investors and owner-occupiers alike because it is vacant; you won’t have to deal with any costly and time-consuming tenant issues that arise here in San Francisco. It’s a great value-add opportunity; update the services, not only for instant equity, but to get top-dollar rents. And on a side note, if you are a home buyer in San Francisco, you need to include duplexes in your search, not only to increase your purchasing power, but to gain a competitive advantage over most investors. And if you want to know how to do so, please DM me and I’ll fill you in the property profiles you need to be looking at.
Paul’s Pick #2 – 1338 Castillo Avenue – Burlingame [click here for more]
For my second pick this week, I have 1338 Castillo Avenue in Burlingame’s Easton Addition. This location speaks for itself; one of the most sought out locations in all of Burlingame. And this home’s size is something that really stands out; over 3800-square feet for just under the $3.4 — one of the best values I’ve seen in a while. I love the finishes, love the size of the master’s suite. Make sure to check it out this weekend; it’s not gonna last long.
Paul’s Pick #3 – Golden State Warriors
And last, but definitely not least, my NBA Finals prediction. Of course, I’m taking the Dubs in five! I’ll give Lebron James a game because he’s one of the best ever to lace them up. Also, Adam Silver’s not gonna let us sweep. They’ve lost enough money as is. Draymond “money” Green will be our Finals MVP, and right now, the only debate is whether not this is the greatest team ever assembled. I happen to think they beat both the Showtime Lakers and Jordan’s Bulls. If you disagree, please comment below; trolls, more than welcome.
