Paul’s Picks – First Week of July

PAUL’S PICKS

Welcome to Paul’s Picks, a weekly segment where I showcase some the best deals on the market here in the Peninsula. From single-family homes and condos to 2-4 units and large apartments complexes even vacant lots, I closely and constantly monitor a wide arrange of product types seeking out the top values. If you would like to discuss a property in more detail or find out about other properties that may fit your needs better please give me a call at (650) 348-2020.

Paul’s Pick #1 – 156 13th Avenue – San Mateo [click here for more]

156 13th Avenue

My first pick for this week is 156 13th Avenue in San Mateo. I love this home for its size, foreplan, curb appeal, and overall tastly updated condition. Located in San Mateo’s Hayward Park, you’re only minutes away from bustling downtown San Mateo, and a quick 10-minute walk to Central Park. So all your amenities are right at your fingertips. Listed at just under 2 million dollars, this home has now entered its third week on the market, so in my experience, I’d be anticipating a price reduction.

Paul’s Pick #2 – 886 Easton Avenue – San Bruno [click here for more]

886 Easton Avenue

My second pick for this week is a duplex located at 886 Easton Avenue in San Bruno. This is a great opportunity if you’re a home buyer, looking to increase your purchasing power by having your tennant pay for part of your mortgage, or an investor looking for a property that will not only cash-bill for you, but also shelter some of your hard-earned income. I like this property’s location for three reasons: one, it’s proximity to the Bayhill office complex, which houses such employers as Google and Youtube; two, it’s proximity to BART in Caltrain; and three, the passing of measure N by San Bruno Residence, what puts in motion plans to redevelop and beautify downtown San Bruno, making this a great long-term investment.

Paul’s Pick #3 – 7078 Harris Avenue – Tahoma [click here for more]

7078 Harris Avenue

My final pick this week is actually not for sale, but a wonderfull Airbnb, located in Tahoma on the West shore of lake Tahoe. This cozy cabin accomodated 8 of us on the 4th of July weekend, and was the perfect home base for everything Tahoe had to offer. If you’re looking for your own Tahoe experience, check out the link below, or if you’re looking for your own vacation home, I’d love to get you in contact with Tahoe’s top agents.
