Paul’s Pick #1 – 1836 El Parque Court – San Mateo [click here for more]

1836-el-parque-court

My first pick this week I have 1836 El Parque Court in San Mateo. It’s a 4-unit building, so pay attention for all you investors out there. It’s been on the market for about five months. The listing agent made the mistake of going on the market before before measure Q, the rank control measure was defeated in San Mateo which is why the property has stalled. However, since is has been defeated its property is a full go. A lot of upside potential here. I have put up about 5% market cap at its current list price, however, because it’s been on the market for so long, and we’re close to year’s end, there’s an opportunity to make an even better deal.

Paul’s Pick #2 – 845 Paloma Avenue – Burlingame [click here for more]

845-paloma-avenue

For my final pick this week I have 845 Paloma Avenue in Burlingame. This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom home is ideal for either you downsizers or small families looking to add value to your next opportunity. I absolutely love this location, walking distance to both Broadway and Burlingame Avenue, however bring you contractors, because this home is the definition of a fixer-upper.
