My first pick this week is 1489 Murchison Drive in the Mills Estates neighborhood of Millbrae. This 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home is in need of some updating, so if you’re looking to customize your next home and really make it your own, then this home is for you. Besides from its fantastic price point, what I really love about this home is its layout, which is my favorite of the Mills Estates subdivision. Just like my first listing, the family room of this home is ideally situtated, separating the bedrooms and the living space, providing great flow, and is perfect for entertaining.

My second pick this week is a charming 2-bedroom 1-bathroom Spanish-style bungalow at 748 Farringdon Lane in Burlingame. This home has been tastily remodeled, and is in an excellent location allowing you to walk to both Burlingame Avenue and Broadway. It’s situated on a unique lot which span between two streets Farringdon and Crossway, but what I really love about this home is how it really maximizes your outdoor space — and as we all know, it’s not the size of the lot that matters, but how you use it.
Paul’s Pick #3 – 850 Bermuda Drive – San Mateo [click here for more]
My final pick this week is our own listing at 850 Bermuda Drive in San Mateo’s Fiesta Gardens. This classic 3-bedroom 2-bathroom ranch-style home was remodeled in 2007 and has updated kitchen and bathrooms. With elegant details such as crown molding and waste coating already in place, a simple refreshening will make this home a real show-stopper.
