Paul’s Pick #1 – 1101 Fassler Avenue – Pacifica [click here for more]
For my first pick this week, I have 1101 Fassler Avenue in Pacifica. This is by far the best foot-potential opportunity that is on the open market. Currently listed for a flat million dollars, it’s been on the market now for 4 weeks, so market-spoken, it’s overpriced; I like it for about $800,000. I think it’s a realistic price point on both sides, and if you invest about a $100,000 – $125,000, you’d be able to sell it for about a million-and-3 to a million-and-350. So if you are an investor looking for a quick flip, or if you are a homebuyer looking to build equity, you need to to check out 1101 Fassler Avenue.
Paul’s Pick #2 – 5 La Mancha Place – Millbrae [click here for more]
For my second pick this week, I have our very own listing at 5 La Mancha Place in Millbrae. This mid-century modern home is a great add-value opportunity. Structurally sound, simply update the finishes to your liking, and enjoy. I also like this home’s setting; tucked away in a cul de sac, it’s very peaceful, very private, very serene. However, you’re still only about a 5-minute drive, 15-minute walk to downtown, so you’re still close to a lot of conveniences, kind of the best of both worlds. Listed for a million-388, for 22,000 square feet living space, it is by far the best deal in Millbrae, so come check us out this Saturday and Sunday and we will be open for 1 to 4.
Paul’s Pick #3 – 3505 Casanova Drive – San Mateo [click here for more]
For my final pick this week, I have 3505 Casanova Drive in the San Mateo Village. This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home has been completely remodeled and is absolutely turnkey. I really like the master suite edition; the bath, the large walk-in closet is unique for the neighborhood. And this home, and this area in general is perfect for young families. Walking around, you get this classic 1950s leave it to Beaver feel to it, which is unique for this day and age. So if you’re a young family, or you’ve got young ones on the way, you not only need to check out 3505 Casanova, but you need to have the San Mateo Village on your rader in general.
