At the end of each month, we collect data on the number of closed escrows in selected areas and put together what we call Market Updates. We compile this useful information in an easy to read format, letting you know what homes have sold in your area, for what price, how many days on market, etc. Currently we mail out updates to Burlingame, Hillsborough, and to select areas of Millbrae and San Mateo.
